Yoga For All Ages

Here in West End Yoga Center, the studio offers yoga for all ages. Chair Yoga and Family Yoga will ensure students to have great fun while adapting yoga positions and poses through the creative use of a chair for Chair Yoga classes. The studio in Allentown, Pennsylvania is also offering free 30 minute breathing classes.

The level-1 class includes stretching and strengthening for beginners, seniors, prenatal and postnatal, and those who need a gentler practice.
