Yoga Classes for Everyone!

At Sunflower Yoga Studio, the instructors offer something for everyone.  Classes are available at various times of the day, every day of the week, to fit your schedule.  Plus, the studio welcomes students of all levels of yoga!  Each and every student is provided with the individualized attention and care that he or she deserves.

The studio consists of a 1,200-square-foot bamboo floor, a welcoming reception area, and a cozy upstairs lounge where you can relax with a cup of tea and take in beautiful exhibits from local artists.  You're also provided with mats, props, and a changing room.
