Gaming Revenue For Tourism

Presque Isle Downs and Casino is a casino and horse racing track complex in Erie, Pennsylvania. The 1 mile oval track opened in September 2, 2007 and is paved with the synthetic material Tapeta Footings as a mixture of sand, rubber, fiber and a wax coating. 

Gaming revenue is split between the operator and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for property tax relief, economic development and tourism and the horse racing industry. Simulcasting was transferred from the Peach Street location.
