You will be supported in accepting your body the way it is yet be encouraged to challenge your perceived limitations so you can experience yourself perhaps in a new, exciting and more fulfilling way.
The studio is honoring the tradition of Classical Yoga with the most respected level of training and the most experience available locally. All classes at Plasha are course classes instead of open classes.
