New York Animals

Located in Central Park in New York, the Central Park zoo consists of 4 zoos and 1 aquarium. Opened in the 1860's the Central Park Zoo was the first zoo that was ever opened in New York. Some renovations in the zoo were done in the year 1934 with additions of new buildings that surrounds the pool for the sea lions. 

A few renovations were made after that which replaced all the animal cages with artificially made natural environments for the animals. There are different types of animals in the zoo. Some are adapted to tropical climates while others have adapted to cold climates. This is one of the NY attractions you don't want to miss.
