Try out the Busy Body Program at Brown’s Gym in in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. The 15 and 30 minute classes were designed by the gym instructors to help you reach your level of fitness in less time. The H.I.I.T is a 30 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training; alternate between intense activity and rest for an effective fat burning session.
The Abs and Arms is 30 minutes of weighted exercise. The BLT is 30 minutes workout for your lower body work. Other classes are strengthening, body works, cardio classes, cycling, and mind and wellness.
