Serve From The Heart

Anahata is Sanskrit for the Heart Chakra, hence the mission of Anahata Yoga Wellness in Harleysville, Pennsylvania is to serve from the heart. At Anahata, students will learn yoga that is accessible to all bodies. Classes average 4-6 students with an inviting yoga studio. It also offers an array of workshops, classes and healing sessions.

The internal mission is to empower all the instructors, facilitators and practitioners to develop a new and supportive paradigm for groups, a collaborative effort that comes from the heart.
