More Diverse Americanized Spiritual Energy

Amma Yani Yoga Studio practices yoga with more diverse Americanized spiritual energy which connects individually as the whole Hatta Yoga system. The studio is based in Glenside, Pennsylvania. 

The bodywork is a form of neuromuscular integration and structural reeducation over a course. Yoga classes are divided per month, visitors can also attend a drop-in class for affordable prices. Private sessions are also available for students with specific needs for stamina and strength.
