Programs for busy people with families

If you visit the AFC Philadelphia fitness center, you can start off by trying the Aquahab Physical Therapy or ask about the nutritional programs. The weight training class starts every day at 6 PM, while ladies may enjoy a Zumba cardio class.

Don't forget a trip to the sauna and shops are available to people who want to have a healthy snack such as a a power bar. New parents can bring their babies and leave them at the nursery room.
