Open 7 days a week, from 11:30 to 2 A.M., is the Good Dog Bar in Philly.  Serving up quality drinks and quality food at reasonable prices, this wonderful Pennsylvania dive bar has two levels.  Downstairs you'll find a long bar with tall-backed booths.  Upstairs you'll find cafe tables, darts, and even a Ms. Pac Man machine!
