Come for the Food, Stay for the Atmosphere!

Confit Bistro is where you'll come for the delicious French cuisine prepared by Chef Matthew Black, and stay for the intimate setting and the comfort of their welcoming atmosphere. Be sure to try the onion soup (spelled soupe a l'oignon) while you're there, a slowly cooked from beef stock garnished with croutons, and covered over by a layer of melted gruyere cheese, and the Civet de Lapin (roasted confit Rabbit leg with vegetables, Dijon tarragon jus and pea tendril salad). Everything here is delicious from your first hors d'oeuvre to the last freshly made dessert. It's BYOB, so don't forget to bring a bottle of your favorite wine, and relax at this wonderful French restaurant in PA!
