Since guiding a raft down the Lehigh River Gorge can prove to be a major challenge, what better way is there to exercise teamwork?
Your ride will be facilitated by men and women who are experienced at training professionals. Other than team building, Whitewater's corporate program tackles such issues as dealing with occupational changes, calculated risk-taking, responsibility, communication, innovation, time management, and trust. The full-day program includes an assessment, an introduction 2 hours before the trip, team building activities on the river, and group closure.
