 Cruise through time with antique automobiles, buses, motorcycles and memorabilia in a themed setting over eight decades of toddler attractions in PA! Adventure Aquarium

Interactive fun for kids in PA!

 Kids gravitate to the touch exhibits, which contain live fish that visitors can touch (although this requires some stealth). Four other interactive touch areas are located throughout the aquarium, allowing guests to experience and touch jellyfish, spider crabs, lobsters, sharks, and more. The Jules Verne Gallery, replete with 200 spooky moon jellies and mysterious and elusive Giant Pacific Octopus, is also a hit in this toddler attraction in Pennsylvania.

 

On the second floor is the Creature Lab, an interactive exhibit that is home to all sorts of bizarre specimens of nature: electric eels, mudskippers (fish that live on land), the flashlight fish, and plenty of other strange and creepy creatures. Explore all of this attraction.

Franklin Mills Mall

Make a visit to Franklin Mills Mall in PA!

 Kid shopping at Franklin Mills, the largest mall (with over 200 stores) in the Philadelphia area, includes a Carters for Kids, Children's Place, Old Navy, and Gap outlets. Take a lunch or dinner break at Johnny Rockets, or visit the Woodward Skate Park, which offers public facilities for skateboarding, bike stunt riding (BMX), and in-line skating, and then hit the 14-screen Cineplex Theater.

 Little SPORT is an indoor playing and sport facility that offers open play and sports-oriented classes for babies and preschoolers and is a great toddler attraction in Pennsylvania.

 

Here you can play in Little SPORT's bright, clean Open Play Arena - available for kids to play or practice what they've learned in Little SPORT classes - offering a mini alphabet track, a multi-sport field, a multi-hoop basketball wall, multi-sport cages, an interactive ball room, horse swings, and an "X-Games" climbing area. There is also a special area designated for crawlers only.

Jungle Wonder

Jungle Wonder in PA!

 Winner of the 2009 Parents' Picks Award for Best Kids' Party Place for toddler attractions in PA, Jungle Wonder is an indoor family entertainment center that's perfect for families with kids of ages one to 12.

 

Jungle Wonder offers a giant soft playground area with slides, tunnels, mazes, and other obstacles to challenge and entertain kids up to 11 years old, as well as a special toddler area for children up to 36 months. Krazy Village features black light mini golf; laser tag; four lanes of mini bowling; more than 60 arcade and redemption games; and Balladium Arena, an interactive play experience in which up to five players can shoot at targets (and each other) with soft, foam balls.

Color Me Mine

Studios for kids in PA!

A chain of art studios that stock clay pots, mugs, plates, and any number of figurines, along with glazes and brushes. There is a work area in which to create a masterpiece, and the studio will then fire the creations and have them ready for pick-up at this Pennsylvania toddler attraction. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful, offering guidance when necessary. It is a great place to bring kids on a rainy day, or when a child wants to create a hand-made gift for someone special.

 

Classes are in most studios for children ages six and up. Each class includes topic-specific direct instruction, open discussion and observation, and a related painting activity. Classes vary by location.

Smith Memorial

A cool playground for kids in PA!

This Pennsylvania toddler attraction was the winner of the 2008 Parents' Picks quest to find the Best Playground for Little Kids in Philadelphia, the SMITH The Kids' Play Place in the Park (formerly known as Smith Memorial Playground and Playhouse) has provided many generations of children in Philadelphia with a place for indoor and outdoor fun.

The playground includes a special space for toddlers ages two and under, 20 interactive play pieces in a Tot-Lot for children ages five and under, and an area for kids ages ten and under that includes a 12-foot wide, 40-foot long, and 10-foot high wooden slide, a giant see-saw, and climbing boulders.

Briar Bush Nature Center

A cool playground for kids in PA!

Briar Bush Ecology Kids Summer Camp programs are one week long - with half-day sessions for younger participants - and range from Itty Bitty Briars (for kids age two with parent or caregiver) to the Adventurers, an overnight camp for kids in sixth to ninth grades. Half-day camps remain onsite and explore Briar Bush. Full day camps include field trips in BBNC's 15-passenger van at this toddler attraction in Pennsylvania.

 

Magic Mornings are included from Tuesdays-Fridays every other week 10:30-11:30 Hey toddlers! Bring your favorite adult to Briar Bush for walks, animals, crafts, games, stories and more. Snack provided. Each week features a different topic.
